Mike Fogarty

After nearly 12 years in the recruiting industry, I decided to join forces with ASG Inc in April of 2004. I’ve spent most of my recruiting career focusing on positions ranging from Research and Development, Process/Project engineering, maintenance, EH&S, Operations and Technical management in the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and Biotech Industries.

I came to ASG because of my previous relationship with the owner, Charlie Diana, and because it allowed me to provide a wider range of services to both my clients and career seeking applicants than I was able to before. This is due to our network affiliation with NPA.

I think I’ve been successful in this business because I stay personally involved in the placement process and I take the time to understand the needs and concerns of both my clients and applicants.

On a personal note; I am a Butler University Graduate; have lived in Chicagoland for about 16 years; originally from NJ; married with 2 kids that I coach in baseball, soccer and basketball.
