| Responsibilities |
Company is part of North America's largest midstream energy networks, providing a variety of services, including transportation, gathering, storage, processing, fractionation and terminaling, to producers and consumers of natural gas, natural gas liquids, crude oil, refined products, liquefied petroleum gases and petrochemicals. Requirements: Engineering degree or equivalent Natural Gas Systems (or similar) operations experience. Experience managing and directing a workforce and managing a facility budget but will also consider a process engineer considered a young but up and comer that has a desire for Operations Management. Five or more years of Cryo plant operations experience preferred. Others will be considered (refining, petrochem etc.) Must have strong organizational skills and able to deal concurrently with a variety of projects and issues. Strong focus on safety and familiar with requirements of Process Safety Management. Must be OK with living in rural SW WY. Must live or be willing to relocate to within 1 hour of reporting location.
Job Description: + This person will be responsible for operations, maintenance, and reliability of the Plant gas processing facilities. + Directly responsible for safety of personnel, protection of the environment, and safe and efficient operation of the Pioneer Plant assets through the continual promotion of safe work practices and conditions. + Directly supervises and manages the plant operators and the Maintenance Supervisor and supports them in achieving asset goals and objectives. + Prepares and recommends annual operating budget and is responsible for cost containment meansures. + Reviews and analyzes various operating data to identify opportunities to increase reliability, optimize/improve operations and lower operating costs. + Works closely with the Commercial Team for the Jonah/Pioneer assets to maximize the profitability of the plant and system. + Ensures compliance with internal safety procedures/policies as well as OSHA and other applicable regulations. + Serves as the senior on-site incident command person in the response to emergency situations. |
