| Responsibilities | Requirements: ME/ChemE/IE; 4-12 years of experience out of extruded plastics, blown film, injection molded plastics, automotive, widget manufacturing or any other building materials plant. This company prefers someone who has experience in reduction of waste or scraps from in-plant processes, energy conservation, and recycling. One of the main focuses of this job will be finding innovative methods of reducing in-plant waste from the process. This person should also have experience in process optimization. A huge plus for this company would be six-sigma or statistics experience. For this position, right off the bat, personality is the key, most likely this person will have to be a high-profile candidate possessing high-caliber engineering skills and an A+ personality. Job Description: This engineer will work in a 600-person building facility company located on the north side of Cincinnati. This person will be part of a central process engineering group. The process includes; laminating, coating, high temperature presses, resin mixing and blending. Most of the job will consist of process optimization and waste reduction. This facility runs 24/7 and sells it's product as fast as it can produce it. This company will cover moving goods, temporary living expenses, realtors fees and closing costs as part of their relocation package. |
