| Responsibilities | Requirements: B.S. EE or ChemE; 5+ years of experience with some sort of DCS knowledge; NovaTech D/3 is preferred but any other system such as Honeywell TDC, Delta-V, etc would be acceptable. PLC experience (quantum platform controllers), in addition to the DCS experience, is a plus. This person should have experience in programming and troubleshooting controls. Experience with IO connectivity to PLC & DCS systems is a plus. Job Description: This person will work in a 600-person production facility and will be trouble-shooting, maintenance, and conducting software upgrades on a multi-million dollar, recently built corn-processing facility. The control system in the plant is a NovaTech D/3 system. In a broad sense, this person will be responsible for all aspects of process controls and automation (specification, installation, application development, etc) within the plant. |
