| Responsibilities | Requirements: B.S. Chemical Engineering with 12-20 years someone from the Chemical Process Industry ideally from a Continuous Process. They will consider someone who is an Operations or Production Manager. Someone who can lead others and drive production. This is a medium size company and they would like someone who comes from a larger company who can bring ideas to this plant and say here's how we did things and here's what worked and didn't work. Should be aware that this is a PSM regulated chemical plant. Must be able to hit the ground running. Job Description: This will run this 75 person plant and will responsibility from production to profit and loss. Will have 3 Engineers reporting into this position as well as other supervisors. This is a union facility. This is a $325M company that is privately held. This plant is 100 years old but they just invested $11mm in the last 2 years. Their business is very strong and they had a near record year last year. |
