Responsibilities This company and it's partnerships comprise one of North America's largest midstream energy networks, providing a variety of services, including transportation, gathering, storage, processing fractionation and terminaling, to producers and consumers of natural gas, natural gas liquids, crude oil, refined products, liquefied petroleum gases and petrochemicals.

Qualifications:
* B.S. degree in Engineering is required. (M.E. preferred)
* Minimum of five years experience in processing plant engineering, processing plant engineering technical support, or equivalent is required. Desired industries include oil and gas, refining, petrochemicals, pipelines.
* Experience in facility integrity, design, operations and maintenance, a detailed understanding of risk and condition based management, and Professional Engineering registration preferred.
* Familiarity with piping and vessel software (COMPRESS, PCMS, Ultrapipe, Capstone's RBI software) preferred.
* Working knowledge of the various Federal and State regulations affecting piping and fixed equipment including Process Safety Management (PSM) and SPCC requirements.
* Technical knowledge and practical working experience in Risk Management, Risk Based Inspection (RBI) processes, condition based inspection processes, non-destructive testing (NDT) method selection, and piping and vessel defect assessment and repair.
* Candidate should be well versed in the API-510, API-570, API-579, API-RP-2201, API-5L, API-650, API-620, API-653, ASTM specifications, ASME Section VIII Div. 1, ASME B31.3, B31.4, and B31.8.


Description:
The Facility Mechanical Integrity Manager is part of the company's corporate engineering group and is responsible for the Mechanical Integrity Program for all PSM facilities, inspection programs for all EPA SPCC and DOT storage tanks, and inspection programs for all Texas Underground Storage piping. As well as:
* Develop and maintain a Facility Mechanical Integrity Staff including Mechanical Integrity Coordinators and the Tank Integrity Supervisor.
* Responsible for the development and implementation of the Mechanical Integrity Program at PSM facilities.
* Responsible for the oversight of the EPA SPCC and DOT regulated storage and breakout tank inspection program.
* Responsible for the development and implementation of the Texas underground storage piping inspection program.
* Create or review and approve repair procedures for piping and fixed equipment upon request.
* Stay current with regulations, industry standards, inspection and repair methods, and other applicable technologies.
* Provide technical input on corporate due diligence efforts and new construction projects.
* Provide technical support to Operations for Federal and State regulatory audits.
* Approx 25% travel.
