The position also is responsible for leading the S&OP process. Supervise staff of 3; buying $14MM traded goods (buy/resell), $45MM raw materials and $14MM tolling services per year; scheduling supply to enable $114MM sales ($71MM external and $43MM internal). Establish, communicate, and reach consensus with business leadership on long term plan for N&H. - Demand / Supply / Inventory balancing for all N&H products - S&OP Leadership for all N&H Businesses - Supervise MRP Controllers (Finite Planners) and Demand Analyst |
