| Responsibilities | Requirements: B.S. ME or ChemE ONLY; 5-15 years (less than 12 ideal) out of a PSM regulated chemicals plant than uses reactors, distillation columns, etc. This engineer should have experience in both predictive and preventive maintenance and this company would applicants to have "cause mapping" experience. Job Description: This person will be assigned to a 70-person chemicals plant that uses reaction and distillation and pelletizing equipment. This person will report to the maintenance manager and will ensure that the facility meets preventive maintenance requirements and will help implement a predictive maintenance program. This engineer will perform failure analysis on rotating equipment and lead root cause analysis as well. Relocation will include move goods, a lump sum payment for temporary living costs and closing costs. |
