| Responsibilities | Requirements: B.S. ChemE ONLY; 5-10 years of experience out of (preferably) a chemical plant that uses reactors, dryers, grinding, milling, distillation columns, etc. Candidates should have a track record of optimization in a plant setting, as far as I know, this person will not need FDA/GMP experience. It seems that they are leaning towards someone more technical oriented, friendly, but could be on the nerdy side. This company will relocate candidates. Job Description: This person will be based at a 300-person plant that makes additives for vitamin supplements, food additives and pharmaceutical additives. There are future plans to expand this facility including the addition of a cogeneration facility. This site is the headquarters for this company and a production facility as well. The process uses mixing, blending, reaction, drying, centrifugation, and reverse osmosis processes. The parent company is a multi-billion dollar, International company with multiple U.S. sites. |
