Job Description: This position is based at corporate headquarters in Dallas, TX supporting 16 worldwide facilities and a $3Billion business. This person will supervise 6 supply-chain professionals spread out throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia. This job will encompass all parts of supply-chain with minimal responsibilities in regards to raw material procurements. This person will have to have an understanding what the "best-in-class" processes for this industry are and be able to help gather the necessary pieces to achieve this status. Travel for this position will average 30% and might initially be 50% in order to become acquainted with the production facilities and their people. This company wants someone who is promote-able, up to two levels and this company considers this position to be upper-level. This company is currently fully-integrated with SAP. |
