Frank Gadzala

After 12 years of owning my own business, I decided I needed a change. Seven days, 70 hours weeks were getting old. I also had a stint in Real-estate for about 5 years in where I was a Top Producer in my first full year with over $4.5 million in sales. People skills and sales have always been my strong points. I started my own business at the age of 9 selling golf balls and lemonade at the golf course by my house. My father always told me that I could sell a drowning man a bottle of water. I also have a great sense of humor and enjoy making my clients and candidates laugh.

I came to ASG because I knew the owner, Charlie Diana, through my business Tribeca Cigar Co. Charlie was a very good customer - I enjoyed having a good cigar and Scotch and talking about sports with him. One day I over heard him talking to a colleague about the business he owns and I thought to myself that Recruiting fits me to a T. Two months later, I started my career with ASG and I’m enjoying each and every day. I especially enjoy the weekends. I can now spend time with my family barbecuing or playing games like running bases or ghosts in the graveyard.

I have lived my whole life in the Chicagoland area and have 4 wonderful kids under the age of 10 that make me smile everyday. I love to take bike rides through the forest and spend time with my family. My true passion is the game of golf and I find it to be a very challenging sport that is impossible to master. Recruiting and Golf are the same in the respect that the more time you spend doing it, the better your results are going to be. I’m a devoted White Sox and Bears fan and enjoy going to a game whenever my schedule permits. I enjoy the challenge that Recruiting brings me on a daily basis, it’s a very exciting and rewarding career.
