Company History
The
history of ASG begins in 1987. ASG was developed to
provide domestic and international clients with a more
professional and personal approach to the typical search
experience. ASG originally started as a staffing agency
specializing in placing chemical engineers. Today, ASG
has evolved into a professional search firm that places
high quality engineers, chemists, mid-level management,
and executive-level management personnel in the
chemical, plastic, pharmaceutical, and utility
industries.
ASG has
been on-line and utilizing technology to its advantage
from the
beginning of its history. We utilize numerous on-line
sources to attract
and find the highest caliber candidates available. We
are equipped with the latest, cutting edge technology
utilizing a state-of-the-art Applicant Tracking System.
Moreover, we have initiated professional alliances with
several Top 25 MBA programs like the University of
Michigan, Southern Methodist University, and
Northwestern University to locate viable candidates.
At ASG we are award-winning members of the National Personnel Associates (NPA) recruiting network. NPA was created in 1956 and today it has over 400 member agencies and 1700 plus recruiters globally. We are recognized leaders in the oldest and strongest trade association in our industry. Due to our strong presence within NPA we are able to place candidates and fulfill our client's needs on a domestic and international basis. We have international trading partners in the United Kingdom, Canada, Eastern Europe, Israel, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea.
